We produce our pieces handmade-to-order. Made-to-order means that the item will only be produced once it is ordered. This has many advantages. Firstly, it does not create waste through overproduction. Secondly, no customer will ever run into the issue that their size is not available, because if you order your piece we can produce it in any size you choose. Thirdly, it allows us to be able to adjust to specific measures when asked for.
Custom orders are orders where the buyer requests us to produce their item according to specific measurements. We recommend going this route in cases where one of your measurements drastically varies from the measurements offered by our available sizes. This especially applies to length. We produce custom orders with no additional charges. Simply add your measurements in the custom order box at the checkout.
Simply click on your desired item and choose your desiredsize. Then add to the cart. At the checkout there is a form where you get the option to also tell us your custom measurements.
The prices we offer reflect the true costs of the production of our items. There is no inflated margin or anything. But you do not have to take our word for it, we are willing to show you the receipts. For each item we sell, you can find a full receipt listing the costs involved in the production in the information box in our shop. We also provide more information about our core principles here.
No, we of course use sewing machines to sew our clothes. However, when we say our clothes are handmade, we want to stress the craftsmanship that goes into the production of our clothes. In our Atelier we do everything ourselves, nothing is automized or done by machines alone. This goes for every phase of the production, from prototyping over pattern cutting up to the actual sewing.
Yes, you have the right to return your item if it does not meet your expectations. Please note that this does not include custom pieces. The return or the exchange of the articles will only be accepted if the articles ordered are returned in perfect condition, not used or damaged. The products are returned at your own cost. There is also the possibility to send us back the product and ask for an adjustment. In any case, if you are not happy with your product, we always recommend getting in touch with us directly so we can find a solution together. We currently ship within the EU, to Liechtenstein, and to Switzerland.
Shipping is free on all orders over 150 € within the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For all other countries and orders below 150 € you can find more detailed information on our Shipping & Return page. We ship all our pieces CO2 neutral and with tracking. Please note that if you are purchasing outside of the EU additional duty taxes may apply, which you are responsible to pay for.
We work without any stock and every piece is handmade-to-order. So the time from your purchasing and delivery can vary between one week and three weeks depending on the numbers of orders we received before yours. The maximal production and shipping time is three weeks from the day of the order. All the orders are sent from Austria, where we are based, and produce your pieces.
Yes, because our pieces are made-to-order we sell all our items through pre-order. You pre-order your item and then we start producing. Once it is produced we will send it your way asap.
