Shipping Times & Costs

Please note that we produce all our pieces made-to-measure, which means production for your ordered item only starts once you order. The shipping times below include the estimated production time (2-3 weeks) and the estimated shipping time. 

Austria: FREE for orders over 150 € (or 4,50 €)

3 weeks

EU countries: FREE for orders over 150 € (or 9.50 €) 

3-4 weeks

Switzerland / Liechtenstein: FREE for orders over 150 CHF (or 14 CHF) 

3-4 weeks

 

Taxes and Duties

We ship from Austria. In cases where additional country-specific import and customs duties, customs clearance fees and import sales taxes may apply, you, as the customer, are responsible for paying them. Please inquire about these fees at your local customs office. If any fees do apply, these will need to be paid by you.
