Damaged Product
Please inspect your order within the first two days after receiving your package and contact us immediately if a product is damaged or you received the wrong item/s.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot offer returns if an item was made to your measurements specifically, as we cannot resell made-to-measure products. We do, however, offer a free rework guarantee. This only applies to cases where the product does not match the requested fitting. The return of a product based on fabric or styling preference is not possible. Aardn does not take any responsibility for the correctness of the submitted measurements. The company reserves the right to decide to request the return of product(s). Don't hesitate to get in touch with us at hello@aardn.com if you are not happy with the fit of your made-to-measure piece.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Return Process:
You may return or exchange a product without giving a reason from the date of the dispatch confirmation up until 14 days after you receive the last product of your order. Please note that certain products are non-returnable; for more information, check the section "exceptions". To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. If your product is eligible for return, follow this process:
- Contact us at hello@aardn.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order. All products must be returned to our HQ in Vorarlberg, Austria. The direct cost of returning a product has to be paid by you.
- Once we provide detailed instructions and the return address, pack the product safely and send it back, tracked and insured.
- We will notify you once we have received your returned product. If your return is approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible (and in any event within 14 days after the day on which we receive the product back from you) on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to credit your account.
